The earring i purchased is so cute! It took 2 months to arrive (because I live in the US) so I was so excited for it and then it arrived in broken packaging and the earring itself was broken. The hinge had broken and the earring was in two pieces. I was able to put the earring back together because I have some jewelry making tools but I was disappointed 🥲 I doubt that most purchases from this seller end up like mine and im not even sure who’s fault this was (maybe the shipping?) but thought i’d speak to my experience

The first hoop I received had a faulty clasp. It would open as soon as you closed it. Contacted the team and they were really helpful and sent a replacement which now closes properly. It's a simple but elegant design
